Advice on Buying Used Plastics Injection Moulding Machine
With the anti dumping duties levied on chinese Plastics Injection Moulding Machines, Buyers in India are now looking for used plastics injection moulding machines which are in demand now. also the lead time of domestic manufacturers like L&T, Ferromatic, Windsor is more than 2 months. due to this many are turning to Used Plastics Injection Moulding Machines which are readily available at almost 50% of the new machine.
BEWARE!! Many sellers are duping the customers by telling the machine is in good working condition and buyers are loosing. once the machines reaches buyer's place it may or may not run. The seller is advising the buyer to wait for some more time to set right the m/c. at the end it may take upto three months with out any solution. loosing some more money on repairs. My sincere advice to buyers of Used Plastics Injection Moulding Machines is, go for retrofitting the machine with suitable Control System of your choice and check the machines functionality at the seller's premises before paying any advance. this will ensure that all the mechanical elements and hydraulic elements can be checked and based on that pricing can be decided.
Also some times Used Plastics Injection Moulding machines are fitted with our Creative PLC are sold by some people but be cautious about this even if you know me very well and using our PLCs, please contact us before buying such machines. Because some of our customer's ( strictly very few ) are trying to dispose of the machines by retrofitting with Creative PLCs by paying only a part of the amount as advance to us. Buyers who are unaware of this are falling into trouble of loosing the support. So, Please be careful while buying the Used Plastics Injection Moulding Machine. if it is fitted with our PLC please contact us.

VERY INFORMATIVE AND TRUE. I AM AWARE OF SUCH PRACTICES AND I HAVE BEEN A VICTIM MYSELF IN THIS MATTER OF BUYING SECOND HAND MACHINES. THE MATTER OF NON PAYMENT FOR SERVICES RENDERED IS VERY SERIOUS AND WE SHOULD THINK OF AN AUTOMATIC MECHANISM WHICH SHOULD WORK ONCE THE DEAL HAS BEEN NEGOTIATED. WELL DONE HARIBABU

i am surprised at your remark regarding the non payment of sevice charges to engineers as a compnay in plastics no service engineer moves till his payment is effected. please do get in touch with me since i am need of a good service engineer. also assure you will not burn your fingers.
