All the Machines will be certified for perofrmance with good support backup. Customers can now no need go from one place to the other to get best deals.
There are lots of packages available for the customers to get best deals. The latest Servo Motor Package come with PLC+Servo Motor at best price with two years Waranty for the PLC.
We also offer Used Plastics Injection Moulding Machines with PLC and Servo Motor fitted at our factory. This would enable to save upto 60% on the power bill. Next time when you plan to buy a used plastic injection moulding machine then take it with PLC+Servo Package it is the best deal ever for price+performance. Once closed loop servo motor is installed on any Used Plastics Injection Moulding Machine then it is almost equivalent to new injection Moulding Machine. you can save power and investment by going for this option.
Our offer is the best PPR ( Price + Performance + Return on Investment) available in the market today. In end waht you will likely to get is the new Injection Moulding Machine at the half the price.
With increasing interest rates which is slowing down the manufacturing growth, it is not advisable to invest on new Injection Moulding Machine.
When adding new machines you may some times get additional power from the Electricity Department. My Advice is Install Servo Motor for the existing Molding Machines along with the addtional Injection Mould Machines planed, then no need to get additonal power.
There will be an increase in cost of power in the near future, especially in Tamilnadu, it is better to plan now to face that situation.
Service Engineer's Job is One Side Love Story!!
July 5th, 2010
Often the Plastics Industry does not give due importance to pay the service charges to Service Engineer who spends his time to solve the Machine Problem. They never reciprocate the same as Engineer who responds promptly to solve the problem.
This discourages many Engineers to avoid responding to such customers. My sincere advice to such customers is, treat the payment to Engineer also as priority as running the machine. Imagine if same Engineer is not turning up and the Machine is not running for one more day how much You would be loosing.
Most Engineers prefer Customers who pay promptly. Hope Plastics Industry Managements will understand this.
It is also my experience with some customers who paid even Rs 1000/- after three to four months that too after repeated calls. That is one of the reason I had stopped entertaining Customer Calls few years back.
Things are not changed even now. Customers who come to us for the Repair of their Boards, never sends payment without at least two reminders. The scene is still same.
They do not mind calling even in the odd hours to solve the machine problem. They are very prompt in forgetting about the payments.
When will the Plastic Industry learns to treat the Engineers properly ?.
Today, there is acute shortage of Maintenance Engineers and also attrition rate is very high. It is highly technical skill oriented job without respect. A doctor diagnoses the problem of humans with lot of testings like X-RAY, ECG, etc. only because he can not identy the problem without these tests. But same is not possible for Maintenance Engineer. No customer provides proper tools and support, in some Industries, do not even comply with the basic requirement of Pressure Gauge on the Injection Moulding Machine.
Some customers use the same hydraulic Oil for years together. Never bothered to maintain the Oil Temperature with in the limits. I have experienced some customers who wants to run the machines even though oil temperature is more than 60Deg C. Some machines do not have the proper cooling. If any thermocouple fails they change the thermocouple without even bothered to verify whether it is J or K type. Some people put the Thermocouple wire directly underneath the Heater itself.
These are very basic things and also very simple to maintain. Prepare a chart of the Specification of the Machine, type of thermocouple used, Specification of Hydraulic Oil etc. and display the same on the machine itself. This will avoid mistakes and reduces the Machine Down Time. 20 to 30% of the time for solving the problem goes to find proper information or tools.
Unfortunately I had never come across such a Ideal Shop floor in the Plastics Industry which maintains information about the machines.

Advice on Buying Used Plastics Injection Moulding Machine
June 19th, 2010
With the anti dumping duties levied on chinese Plastics Injection Moulding Machines, Buyers in India are now looking for used plastics injection moulding machines which are in demand now. also the lead time of domestic manufacturers like L&T, Ferromatic, Windsor is more than 2 months. due to this many are turning to Used Plastics Injection Moulding Machines which are readily available at almost 50% of the new machine.
BEWARE!! Many sellers are duping the customers by telling the machine is in good working condition and buyers are loosing. once the machines reaches buyer's place it may or may not run. The seller is advising the buyer to wait for some more time to set right the m/c. at the end it may take upto three months with out any solution. loosing some more money on repairs. My sincere advice to buyers of Used Plastics Injection Moulding Machines is, go for retrofitting the machine with suitable Control System of your choice and check the machines functionality at the seller's premises before paying any advance. this will ensure that all the mechanical elements and hydraulic elements can be checked and based on that pricing can be decided.
Also some times Used Plastics Injection Moulding machines are fitted with our Creative PLC are sold by some people but be cautious about this even if you know me very well and using our PLCs, please contact us before buying such machines. Because some of our customer's ( strictly very few ) are trying to dispose of the machines by retrofitting with Creative PLCs by paying only a part of the amount as advance to us. Buyers who are unaware of this are falling into trouble of loosing the support. So, Please be careful while buying the Used Plastics Injection Moulding Machine. if it is fitted with our PLC please contact us.
